Yashaswini is currently serving as the Executive Director of Information Technology Department at Garden City University in Bengaluru, India. With an academic background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, she also holds a certification in IBM Professional Data Science and has worked as a software engineer at Tech Mahindra.

She is passionate about promoting women in tech and empowering young leaders in the tech industry. she wants to use her platform and skills to inspire and empower women and girls to pursue careers in tech.

She is serving as an Active Member and Volunteer at Women Techmakers, a Google’s initiative to empower women in technology, as a global ambassador for the WomenTech network, a global community to support women across various roles within the technology industry. She also served as a proud member of Young Indians, an organization that fosters a movement for Indian youth to converge, lead, and co-create.

Her passion for technology extends beyond her professional experience. She actively participates in tech seminars, workshops, and conferences, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and sharing her knowledge with others.
