Mrs. Sneh Lata is an accomplished educationist, social activist, and global-level speaker, dedicated to empowering families, children, and communities through education, awareness, and life skills. With a deep commitment to holistic development, she has consistently worked to strengthen emotional intelligence, values-based learning, and social responsibility across diverse platforms.

As a Parent and Child Counsellor and Life Skills Coach for children, she specializes in guiding young minds and families toward balanced growth, confidence, and resilience. Her work focuses on nurturing healthy parent–child relationships, supporting emotional well-being, and equipping children with essential life skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

A recipient of the Mrs. Bhaarat 2021 title, Mrs. Sneh Lata is also a Special Brand Ambassador for Dazzling Desire, using her influence to inspire positive change and social impact. Currently serving as the Punjab State President, she continues to lead initiatives that promote education, empowerment, and inclusive development at both national and global levels.
