Taking Optumera from concept to a successful new business line, Shilpa has been instrumental in building innovation at scale, contributing to 35+ patents and earning numerous global recognitions, including the Stevie American Business Award, AI Conics, Data Breakthrough, and AI Excellence Awards. Beyond her core role, she actively champions inclusion and innovation by driving the Women in Data chapter, serving as an advisory board member at Able Aura, and participating in multiple leadership and impact forums.
