Shikha Swaroop

National President, Inclusive Education Skill Council

Shikha currently serves as the National President of the Inclusive Education and Skill Development Council (IESDC) at the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) and holds the role of State Chair for Bihar at the Women Economic Forum (WEF) and G100. Recognized for her impactful contributions, she received the 'Iconic Woman Creating a Better World' award by the WEF in 2022. Having navigated through the problems at the grassroots level in Bihar, Shikha had an inherent desire to contribute to the community. Her dedication stems from firsthand experiences working with marginalized children in Patna, Bihar, underscoring the significance of education as a beacon of hope. Currently, she serves as a board member of a Budget Primary school for underprivileged children in Patna, Bihar. Shikha's work spans skill development, vocational training, inclusive education, women empowerment, and preservation of Indian folk art.
