Shayanti comes with a professional experience of 18 years. After having worked  in different geographies and market segments in MNC’s such as Bharti Airtel, Intrado, Tata Tele services, Vodafone, PoshAtWork, Shayanti has always been very diverse in her career choices as she believes in holistic professional development.

 Coming from a dynamic corporate culture, she always had the dream to use her workplace learnings into learnings for others. Therefore pivoting into the space of Training and Development,after being accredited by Scottish Qualification Authority and National Accreditation Board of Education and Training, and certified by Association of Neurolinguistic programming as NLP practitioner, Shayanti started her own venture – MIND MAKEOVER, by name, in Training and Development, helping organizations support employee growth and learning for industries such as energy, utility, hospitality, healthcare, oil and gas.

She continues to fuel her ambition, in specifically designing and delivering workplace programs for working women or women talent at large. She is self driven and motivated to bring in positive changes at workplaces for women, and help women seeking to navigate workplace complexities and career navigation journeys.
