With over 25 years of extensive experience in livelihood promotion, Sangeeta Naik has worked across 16 states of India, supporting organizations in the successful design and execution of financial literacy programmes and inclusive development initiatives.
She has played a pivotal role in establishing Common Service Centers (CSCs) under the National e-Governance Scheme, contributing to digital empowerment in states including Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Odisha, Maharashtra, and Punjab.
Her work also includes the mobilization and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)—approximately 20 FPOs in Eastern Madhya Pradesh and 11 in Sikkim—enhancing rural entrepreneurship, collective bargaining, and sustainable agricultural livelihoods.
Currently, she is leading the execution of solar-efficient, disaster-resilient, and sustainable affordable housing projects for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of society, with a strong focus on reducing carbon footprints while ensuring resilience and long-term social impact.
