She is also the Founder of ELYON HUB a co-working and Business Incubator created in the heart of Cameroon`s economic capital – Douala. She is the Founder of the TEMBE BUSINESS ACADEMY an e-Learning platform for Business Studies amongst other businesses she manages. She also runs an organization called LEWA - LEADING AND ENTERPRISING WOMEN OF AFRICA through which she empowers women to take on Leadership roles in business and governance.
