Mrs. Radhika Sudhir is an accomplished entrepreneur, social activist, and leadership coach who has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations. As the Founder of Job Venture Management Consultants, she brings over 20 years of expertise in recruitment across diverse industries including Telecom, Banking, Pharma, Infrastructure, IT, and Retail. Her work has enabled top-level talent acquisition globally, placing CXOs and senior leaders in pivotal roles. With an academic foundation in Economics (Hons.) and management, she combines intellectual rigor with practical insight to drive success.

Her vision for women’s empowerment led to the creation of the Women Who Lead National Award & Consortium, a pioneering initiative supported by the Government of India and guided by a distinguished jury. This platform addresses the pressing need for gender equality, offering recognition and unity to women leaders across the nation. She also serves as Global Advisory Council Member – Youth Empowerment, Enterprise & Leadership Wing, G100, and as National President (India) for Equality & Empowerment Wing, WICCI, amplifying her impact on both national and global stages.
