Nisha Panwar is a dynamic leader in the tourism, hospitality, and events ecosystem, currently serving as the Director of The Baisa Hukum Event Management, based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She also holds the esteemed position of State President – WICCI Tourism and Hospitality Council, where she actively contributes to strengthening women’s leadership and sustainable growth within the sector. Additionally, she serves as Vice President of Raj Kala Avam Sanskriti Shodh Sansthan, Jalore, promoting cultural heritage and traditional arts.

With a strong academic foundation, Nisha holds a B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration, a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from IGNOU, and an MBA in Marketing from NIBM, Chennai. Her global exposure is further enhanced by a Short Course in Management from the European School of Economics (Online – Spain Campus). She also contributes to academic development as a Guest Faculty at the State Institute of Hotel Management, sharing industry insights with future professionals.

Nisha brings extensive hands-on experience from the hospitality sector, having worked with multiple hotels in Jodhpur across diverse operational and managerial roles. Her professional journey reflects a rare blend of strategic marketing expertise, tourism management, cultural advocacy, and event leadership. Passionate about empowering communities through tourism and hospitality, she continues to work at the intersection of business excellence, cultural preservation, and women-led leadership.
