Manasi Pathak Verma by profession is a Corporate Lawyer, currently a Partner with Vertices Partners, focusing on Regulatory Advisory, Transactions, Due Diligences and Corporate Commercial Agreements. She has a prior experience with WICCI Delhi Human Rights Council. She has worked in various organizations and law firms such as L&T, Flipkart and her own law firm "LegumRadix and Associates" which she merged with Vertices Partners. On professional front her focus has always been promoting women and their skills, which led to the formation of "The Yarn StoryHandmade with Love", enabling home makers to showcase their talent not just to the family but to the world as well. As an entrepreneur both of a law firm and of this organization, it was easy to understand the pain that goes into, approaching the financial and legal consultants. Therefore, she focused and approached the start-ups and upcoming entrepreneurs, and helped them reach their legal requirements, without compromising on the quality.
