Lakshmi Birendra, a graduate in social studies and Law. However, she is a professionally qualified and experienced Designer of Fashion and Jewellery.  She belt above 20 years of industry experience in the field of Fashion Design, Development, Marketing and Merchandising with famed global and Indian brands like Zara, Mango, Only & Sons, JC Penny, C&A, Raymonds etc. She has always supported and facilitated the inclusive and pluralistic work culture and promoted talent to attain exclusive position in my organization wherever she worked. Women empowerment has been my core value and always stive to nurture it professionally, socially, and institutionally, as I got and learn from my seniors in Industry and society.

In her personal life, she is an honoured wife and proud mother of two daughters who always cherished and enjoyed these relations. Apart from her professional and personal life, she always strive to take out some time for community service. Women empowerment through education of girl child is her focus area. She help them in expansion of capacity and realization of their potential through personal & professional counselling to start their career. She also participate and contribute to the community awareness campaign in field of women health & hygiene, and sanitation. She always look forward to the opportunities where She can contribute to the community from my professional experience and personal capacity.
