State Vice President, Delhi Mental Health Council

I am Harnoor Kochhar, a passionate advocate for mental health, currently serving as the Vice President of the Delhi Mental Health Council. I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Management Studies at Delhi University.

Being a nimble student, I have a consistent academic record with an equally important focus on extracurricular activities. I was the school topper in class 10 board exams conducted by AISSCE with a cumulative percentage of 97.4% and a perfect 100 in Social Science and currently have a cumulative grade point of 8.82/10. I have been a national champion at multiple pan-Indian consulting and research competitions held at reputed institutions such as Shri Ram College of Commerce. These accomplishments are a testament to my commitment, entrepreneurial nature and problem-solving skills.

As a Strategy Intern at Cushman and Wakefield since September’22, I have had the opportunity to work on 5 consulting projects with high-profile international clients. In one such instance, I helped curate a geographic expansion strategy for a UAE-based residential and commercial developer by undertaking a competitive benchmarking and regulatory analysis of retail offices and shop-cum-office spaces via 50+ field visits and interactions with 200+ real estate professionals. During my internship, I was always motivated by the idea of client service and tried to bring the best of my research and data analytical skills to the firm and our clients. Additionally, I have been a founding member of NEST, The Startup Incubator of our college that aims to enable students to start their entrepreneurial journey by providing the resources, mentorship and community of like-minded individuals to support and connect student entrepreneurs. The Start-up incubator aims to create an impact on the lives of many student start-up founders in the future. I have also been a member of the Finance and Investment Cell of my college where I organised Monexus 2022, an annual finance event with 3000+ registrations. I also headed a Financial Literacy drive where I coached ~200+ students and homemakers pan-India on nitty-gritties of the stock market.
