Dr. Rita Karmakar is a PhD (with Junior and Senior Research Fellowship) in Applied Psychology from Indian Statistical Institute Calcutta (2005-2010). She is a dynamic faculty with demonstrated capabilities in teaching Organizational Behavior, Behavioural Sciences and Psychology. Experience in carrying out research work, data collection, analyzing and interpreting field data and teaching Social Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Behavioural Sciences, Crosscultural Management, conflict and Negotiation. She joined Amity University Kolkata in 2015 and presently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Applied Psychology
