Dr. Ekta Saxena

Dr. Ekta Saxena is a Ph.D. in Sociology with add-on qualifications in management, journalism and media management. She brings in-rich experience of more than 17 years in academics, trainings (online & offline), placements, corporate communications, media and public relation management. In past, she has headed MDPs/Executive Education, Placements and Corporate Communication Department in renowned B-Schools. Presently, she is working as General Manager- MDP & Online Education at IMI New Delhi. She has also presented several research papers in national and international conferences. Her articles on HR and women related issues are published in reputed magazines and journals. She is a regular contributor to the 'Times Ascent' (Both Print and Online version) & HT Shine Jobs. She is member of several professional bodies and also contributes as Vice President & Managing Council Member of Delhi Management Association (DMA), and also serves as an active Executive Member in Administrative Committees in (DMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), FICCI, PHDCCI and All India Management Association (AIMA). She is also enrolled with Aakashwani and Door-Darshan as Compere for programme related to agricultural and social development.
