She is a dual qualified lawyer in England and India, as well as a company secretary. In 2012, she qualified as a judge in the Delhi judiciary but chose to continue her career as a solicitor.

She advises clients on high-stakes settlements, finance, corporate-commercial matters, succession planning, employment, and intellectual property issues across various sectors.

Her transactional practice includes advising on the issuance of debt and equity investments, restructuring, and joint ventures. She also assists clients with regular commercial matters such as purchase and supply agreements, distribution agreements, property management agreements, and SaaS arrangements.

In addition to corporate finance and corporate-commercial laws, her expertise extends to employment laws and intellectual property rights. This includes employment structuring and restructuring, technology transfer agreements, and trademark assignments and registrations.
