Vibhuti Karnik Kulkarni is an accomplished education professional, entrepreneur, and social contributor with over 19 years of experience in the education and training sector. She holds a B.Com degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Symbiosis, Pune, bringing together strong academic grounding with extensive hands-on leadership. She is the Founder and Director of Career Vision Academy, which operates 57 centers across India, committed to empowering learners through skill development and professional training.

Driven by a vision to develop financial independence and employability, especially among women and youth, Vibhuti has played a pivotal role in designing and delivering programs in spoken English, personality development, Montessori and teacher training, soft skills, abacus, phonics, handwriting, calligraphy, Vedic maths, foreign languages, and niche certification courses. Her initiatives extend into entrepreneurship through ventures such as Anjali Doors Private Limited, PAKHI Health & Homecare, and Pakhi Foods, contributing to employment generation and women-led manufacturing and distribution.

Vibhuti is actively involved in professional and social organizations, including BNI Impeccables, World Trade Centre, CII, CCCI, Rotary Club, and several NGOs. Her contributions have been widely recognized with awards such as the Vishnu 2020 Award for Women Empowerment, Archsanket Udyogik Award, Savitribai Phule Award, and accolades presented by eminent personalities and institutions. Through education, entrepreneurship, and social impact, she continues to champion inclusive growth, skill development, and community empowerment.
