My experience spans through leadership roles in Strategy and Consulting with large corporate technology organizations like NEC Japan, with CXO level engagements with Australia and India based Start-ups. I have worked for geographies including APAC (+JAPAN), US, EU, AUS and ME. Academically, I am a MBA from University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign in Strategy & Leadership along with execution and alignment strategy certifications from Harvard Business School. Being technically educated and competent, my experience has a blend of technology and business alignment for multiple verticals adopting digital transformation. I have worked on developing International business strategies, organizational transformation within NEC India, creating outline of new innovative products, digital transformation within NEC & its customers. I drove the functional pre-sales practice for new businesses. I have worked in growing business in various verticals & horizontals including logistics, healthcare, education, energy management, video analytics and biometrics. The projects taken up by me include large scale government engagements, including Product Management and Marketing. Core skills and expertise: Growth strategy, Business Transformation, Marketing & Business Assessment, Product Management, P&L Management, Business Modelling, Corporate Planning and Strategic Alliances. Organization design and capacity building tied to the overall growth strategy constitutes my keen interest and expertise. I have been recognised by many forums for my work in developing young women strategy professionals in achieving their career objectives. I have been the youngest woman in a multibillion dollar Japanese organization to achieve the leadership positions. My efforts in the development of women for leadership roles has benefitted many women in the organization to transition to management responsibilities.
