Payal Patel is a dynamic leader and a driving force in the startup ecosystem with over a decade of experience in fostering innovation and empowering entrepreneurs. Currently serving as the Program Consultant at TiE Global, she plays a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact programs that bridge the gap between startups and global opportunities. She holds an MBA from the University of Wales.

Previously, Payal led innovation initiatives as Head – Collaboration at iCreate, where she spearheaded accelerator programs, innovation challenges, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. Her commitment to strengthening the startup landscape extends to her work with ISBA, where she served as a core committee member, leading capacity-building workshops and driving knowledge exchange across the incubation network.

Throughout her career, Payal has conceptualized and executed bootcamps, pitch competitions, and global programs, shaping the journeys of emerging entrepreneurs. Her expertise extends beyond program management—she actively contributes as a mentor, jury member, facilitator, and speaker, championing innovation and empowering the next generation of founders.
