Ms. Nita Baluni, an accomplished hospitality professional with 30+ years of experience including 2+ years of entrepreneurial experience in Strategic HR Management Consultancy. A graduate from Delhi University, PG Certification in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the top ranked institutions for Human Resources and Labour Laws. During her over 3 decades of experience she had been associated with some of the leading hotel brands, namely, Hyatt, Radisson, Oberoi’s, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Sterling Holiday Resorts. Ms. Baluni is currently associated with The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group as General Manager - Corporate Human Resources. Happily married and blessed with 2 sons. Her passion is driving cars and travelling.
