Mugdha Arora, a lawyer by training, an artist at heart, and a yogi by soul, brings nearly two decades of experience in the legal field across India and Canada. She strongly believes that meaningful exposure to theatre and creative activities at the right age plays a vital role in nurturing children’s Social-Emotional Quotient, while also developing their analytical and practical intelligence.

With a passion for empowering young minds, she founded Mugdha’s Initiative, an endeavour focused on fostering social responsibility among younger generations through theatre and language training.

She is also the Managing Partner of Visa Law, an immigration law firm with offices in India and the UAE, where she combines her extensive legal expertise with a global perspective on immigration and mobility.
