I am a Chartered Accountant by Profession but I am very passionate about Tourism. I started my investment in tourism through Scenery Lodge (Pty) Ltd to address the challenge of business tourists who came to work in Lesotho but found themselves sleeping over in South Africa because of the shortage of accommodation establishments then. After joining the sector, I learned a lot and my passion in Tourism grew to the extent that I am now the Chairperson of Lesotho Hotels and Hospitality Association (LHHA). The Private Sector Associations have been working together but the challenges of Covid19 helped them to realize that they need each other more than ever. The Associations also valued more than ever, the importance of collaborating with Government to position Tourism Sector to recover stronger as it is still viewed as a vehicle that can impact positively on the economy.
