Lata Bhagwat is a Chartered Accountant and Director at LNB and Associates, with strong expertise in working with MSMEs and startup enterprises. She supports businesses across their growth lifecycle, from incorporation and structuring to financial planning and compliance, helping founders build sustainable and scalable organizations.

With hands-on experience as a Virtual CFO (VCFO), Lata assists companies in strengthening their financial governance through SOP design, implementation, and internal audits. Her strategic and practical approach enables organizations to optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and make informed financial decisions.
