Indrani Chakraborty, after a two-decade career as an HR leader and CXO with India’s top business houses, now specializes in the social sector and ESG, working with leaders on communication, content, and product development. 

She is also the co-founder of NurseIndia, India’s largest online nursing platform, and a Stanford SEED consultant, helping small businesses across Africa and Asia navigate growth challenges. 

A clutter-breaker, she chose to remain in Kolkata for most of her career and now in entrepreneurship, she is passionate about developing Kolkata as a thriving business hub. Driven by a vision for an equitable and authentic world, she strives to create spaces where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
