Dr. Manjari Sharma

Dr. Manjari Sharma is an Associate Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, with over 15 years of teaching experience across universities in Asia. She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Administration and Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan, along with an MBA in Finance & Marketing, an M.Com., and a B.Com., reflecting her strong academic foundation in finance and economics.

Dr. Manjari Sharma focuses her research on stock market volatility and investment strategies, with a secondary interest in investor behavior. She has published several academic papers and book chapters in these areas and has co-authored the books “Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies” and “WealthWise: Lessons from India’s Warren Buffett” alongside Sharad Gupta. She has also authored “Lessons in Behavioral Finance from Day-to-Day Investors” and “Frauds of the Past, Lessons for the Future: A Student-Led Journey through the World of Auditing.”

Dr. Manjari Sharma serves in key administrative roles at CHRIST University, including as the Coordinator for both the Office of International Affairs and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). She is also an Innovation Ambassador, actively contributing to the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship among students.

Dr. Manjari Sharma is passionate about innovative pedagogy and has been implementing hands-on learning strategies since 2011. She regularly organizes student-centric activities and workshops aimed at enhancing practical knowledge, critical thinking, and experiential learning, fostering a dynamic and engaging educational environment.
