Dr. Mamta Singh is an Associate Professor at the Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna (CIMP), specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). With a Ph.D. from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and over 10 years of teaching and research experience, she brings extensive expertise in HRM, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social enterprises.

Dr. Singh has published her research in ABS/ABDC-listed journals and Scopus-indexed conferences, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, HRM strategies, and social enterprise development. Her impactful work includes collaborations with NITI Aayog, ICSSR, and UNICEF on government-funded projects.
