Judyta is the co-founder and a partner at LEGALLY.SMART law firm, where she leads the India Desk. She also serves as the co-chair of the Polish Division of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP), and she is the exclusive IR Global advisor for Commercial Law in Poland. In addition, she holds the position of Co-Chairperson of the Indo-Polish Film and Cultural Forum. Beyond her legal practice, Judyta is an academic lecturer and trainer specializing in the business cultures of India and Bangladesh. She has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association (Poland) since 2013.

Judyta holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She further pursued her academic interests by earning both an MA and Ph.D. from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw, with a specialization in India and Bangladesh. Additionally, she is a graduate of the European Academy of Diplomacy, where she specialized in foreign service.

Her areas of legal expertise include civil, corporate, and commercial law. By combining her strong academic background with hands-on attorney practice, Judyta actively participates in multinational legal projects, often supervising transactions that involve parties operating under different legal systems and jurisdictions.

Judyta provides comprehensive and ongoing legal counsel to both domestic and international clients conducting business in Poland. She also frequently advises Polish businesses from various industries on how to establish and grow their presence in South Asia, particularly in India.
