Dimpy Tolani

Dimpy Tolani is a committed social leader and women’s empowerment advocate, actively working to create platforms that amplify women’s voices and leadership. With a strong focus on community engagement and social impact, she has dedicated her efforts to addressing issues related to women’s safety, representation, and economic independence.

She currently serves as the National Media In-Charge and Ahmedabad District Head at Mahila Suraksha Sahayta Sangathan, where she leads media strategy, public outreach, and awareness initiatives focused on women’s rights and protection. Through this role, Dimpy plays a vital part in shaping narratives, strengthening advocacy efforts, and expanding the organization’s reach at both regional and national levels.

In addition, Dimpy is the founder of “She Splash,” an independent initiative created to support women entrepreneurs by giving them visibility, confidence, and a strong voice in society. Guided by her core motto—to empower women to become socially and financially independent—she continues to inspire change through leadership, collaboration, and purposeful action.
