Deepti is IIM Bangalore Certified Organizational Design professional and a Certified Professional Coach. She like the challenge of solving puzzles at the early stage of content design and shaping the thoughts and insights into the design documents, she leverages the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to translate the designs into facilitation of learning. She is having more than a decades of experience in learning and development Content Curation, Solution Designing, Leadership Development, Strengths Assessment, Designing Leadership Intervention, Succession Planning, Soft Skills Training, Designing Sales Training, , Training Management, Training Need Analysis, Training Content Development, Organizing And Coordinating Leadership Conferences in Pan India. She has had an opportunity to work with leadership teams and decision-makers of the various organizations ranging from fortune 500 companies to SMEs, Startups and Non-Profits. She is passionate to contribute her knowledge and skills for the betterment of the society. She has special interest for working for the Women Empowerment and coaching and helping upcoming Women Entrepreneurs. She also holds the honorary position of Chapter Chief (Women’s Division) with a Buddhist organization, Bharat Soka Gakkai (BSG), an organization engaged in peace, culture and education activities based on the humanistic philosophy. She is also a representative of Global Goodwill Ambassadors.
