Anupma Thakur is an accomplished young scientist currently serving as a DST‑INSPIRE Senior Research Fellow at CSIR‑CSIO, Chandigarh, where she is pursuing her second Ph.D. under the joint supervision of Prof. R.K. Sinha, Dr. Praveen Kumar, and Dr. Pooja. Her academic journey is marked by excellence, having earned a gold medal in M.Tech (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) from Panjab University in 2016 and another gold medal in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from Akal College of Engineering & Technology, Eternal University in 2014.

Her research focuses on nanomaterials and materials science, with applications in designing sensors and energy harvesting devices. She has established herself as a promising nanotechnologist whose investigations are published in highly reputed international journals, contributing to the advancement of cutting‑edge technologies. Her work demonstrates both scientific rigor and innovation, positioning her as a rising leader in the field.

Beyond her academic and research achievements, Anupma’s dedication to science reflects her passion for creating impactful solutions that bridge technology and sustainability.
