Abeer Khan is a dynamic and purpose-driven leader whose journey reflects a lifelong commitment to women’s empowerment and leadership development. From her early years, she displayed a natural ability to lead and inspire, serving as Head Girl and Captain in school. These formative roles allowed her to cultivate essential skills in teamwork, decision-making, and communication, while her dedication to community service and initiatives for women’s well-being laid the foundation for her enduring passion to create positive social impact.
Her leadership trajectory continued to flourish during her undergraduate years at NMIMS and NM College of Commerce & Economics. As Head of Marketing at NM College, she spearheaded strategic initiatives that enhanced brand engagement and student involvement, showcasing her organizational acumen and communication expertise. In her role as Deputy Vice Chairperson of the Literary Club at NMIMS, she curated and managed impactful events that fostered creativity, collaboration, and intellectual exchange. These experiences not only strengthened her leadership capabilities but also highlighted her ability to bring people together for meaningful causes.
Beyond academics, Abeer actively engaged in Model United Nations (MUNs) and debating competitions, where she honed her skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and critical research. These platforms sharpened her confidence, clarity, and ability to navigate complex discussions—qualities that continue to define her leadership style today. With her blend of vision, empathy, and strategic thinking, Abeer Khan stands out as a young leader committed to driving empowerment, fostering collaboration, and creating lasting social impact.
